FacilityShake has been built against working datasets, not toy examples: regional district facility portfolios, a 148-facility diocesan property inventory, and municipal portfolios modelled down to individual building components.
The hazard side draws on NRCan’s earthquake scenario catalogue, OpenDRR, and NBC 2020 site designation values — including the 2020 code’s move away from Fa/Fv lookup tables to direct per-site hazard values, which most screening tools haven’t caught up to.
